"Excellent Customer Service - quickly replaced defective lenses"
I had received a few defective contact lenses, and reached out to customer service. Even though my original order was 6 months ago, they immediately offered to replace an entire box of lenses (3 month supply!!), and sent the lenses to me with overnight express shipping. I am VERY pleased with the customer service!! Shout out to Nova and Ashley P. who were responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful.
